Fishing
reports will be updated after each trip I will
tell you what I used and the general area I
caught fish .
5-02-09 Put my boat in the
water today had to calibrate the auto pilot
fished for about 1.5 hrs had two hook ups boated
1 King 14.5lbs my son in law had some sore arms
after this guy hit the net wish we could have
stayed out longer fishing has been pretty good .
Will be out next Saturday and Sunday hope they
are still biting
5-08-09 Trip For Sat.5-9
cancelled forecast for high winds and waves will
be fishing Sun. and Mon.
5-10-09 Fished today
managed to boat two King Salmon lost 3 other
fish. Fishing was slow today did not see many
nets hit the water fished from 60 to80 fow the
fished boated came on riggers set at 35 and 68ft
fish came on spoons blue and pink and red will
be out tomorrow fished area little
north of pier heads
5-11-09 Caught 4 King
Salmon today all fish came on lead core line 5
and 10 color spoons that took fish were Blue
Green Dolphin and Purple Orange trolled and area
from a little north to a little south of the
pier heads in 60 to 65 fow will be back on the
water Thur.and Fri. weather permitting

6-1-09 Words of wisdom (
When the Cottonwood Blows the fishing gets slow)
6-18-09 First Perch trip
of the season caught 63 fished in 24fow in front
of Jean Klock park some boats were also fishing
around the North Pier in about the same depth of
water also heard they were getting perch South
by the Chalets. Check out Photo Gallery with the
guys and there catch
6-26-09 Had to make four
moves today to find active fish caught 35 perch
in 14fow north by Rocky Gap will be out tomorrow
to find some salmon
6-27-09 Fished today with
my brother and his son my son and my son in law
and my nephews father in law ended up going 3
for 3 all king salmon all fish were caught in
about 75fow all came on 10 color lead core all
fish came on spoons blue green dolphin
watermelon and silver green marked a lot of bait
and fish in this area south of the pier heads
most people coming to the fish cleaning station
had 2 to 3 fish
7-07-09 Fished area 1.5 to
2 miles south of the pier heads from 110 to 130
fow boated 2 Steelheads 1 King Salmon and 1 Lake
Trout lost 2 other fish and threw back 1
undersize Lake Trout fish came on riggers 50 and
55ft down 10 color leadcore also took 1 fish on
Walker Deep Diver with flasher and fly combo
150ft back the other fish came on spoons Blue
Green Dolphin Pink Green, Green White Black
spots
7-10-09 Took a family out
today mom , dad and there two children managed
to get 2 Steelhead fish came on 10 color lead
core fished about 2 miles south of the pier
heads between 75and 85fow.Marked a lot of fish
and bait

Fishing was
sloooooooooooooooooooooow
today did get 1 King Salmon and 1 Steelhead .
Salmon came on 5 color lead core purple orange
spoon Steelhead came on rigger 60ft down blue
dolphin spoon fished 60 to 90fow the fish are
out there but just would not bite marked a
lot of bait fish
7-21-09 Fished for Perch
today ended up getting 56 fished south in 30fow
7-25-09 Fished in some
rough water today caught 1 King Salmon and lost
2 other fish
7-31-09 Caught 1 Steelhead
and 1 Lake Trout fished from 75 to 90 fow a
little south of the pier heads fish came on 10
color lead core and on rigger down 50ft green
dolphin spoon and black spotted with red and
green spoon trip was cut short a couple
customers were not feeling to good it was a
little rough in the morning fish seemed to be
scattered no real pattern
8-01-09 Trip cancelled
high winds and waves predicted for today may get
out tomorrow will see what mother nature has to
say about it
8-02-09 Could not get out
today high winds and waves. High winds and waves
predicted for
Monday and Tuesday next trip scheduled for Sat.

machine kept me off the lake hope to get out Mon
8-10 for Salmon and
Perch
8-10-09 Fished for Perch
today managed to get 25 most fish were nice size
but not jumbos fished out from the pier heads in
40fow
8-14-09Went 6 for 7 today
4 Lake Trout 1 Steelhead 1 King Salmon took
salmon on mag dipsey 120 back on 2 with Capt.
John King purple flasher and BTI fly . Lake
trout came on J.K Monkey Puke Flasher with
matching herring rig also took Trout on JK BTI
Blue Green Dolphin flasher and Blue Double Glow
herring rig also took 1 Laker on watermelon
spoon Steelhead came on silver green spoon.
Fished 75 to 100fow a little north of pier heads
to about 1.5 miles south . Fish came on riggers
60 to 85 ft down and 10 color lead core. Check

8-21-22-09 Trips cancelled
due to high winds and waves
9-10-09 Fished today from
3pm to 8pm boated 7 King Salmon and 1 Lake Trout
lost 1other fish . fished from 85 to 130fow a
little south fish came on Capt John King Monkey
Puke flasher with matching herring rig 10 color
lead core with Blue Green Dolphin spoon and
Watermelon Diver 250ft back set on 2 Capt J K
Purple Flasher and BTI Fly. Fish came on riggers
65 to 85ft down the bite really picked up at
dusk. The guys who fished with me today used
this trip as there bachelor party for there
buddy who is getting married Sat.
